Looking for a digital signage subscription in Malaysia? Nugens is expanding how businesses in Malaysia can access digital signage. Our local subsidiary, Edgetec Sdn Bhd, trading as Nugens Malaysia, has launched Flexi Rental — a subscription-style plan that lets business owners use our digital signage hardware for a monthly fee instead of buying it outright.
Think of it like a water dispenser subscription (for example, Cuckoo): you don’t buy the machine, you just pay to use it.
Who is Flexi Rental for?

To start, customers pay a refundable 3-month deposit, the first month, a one-time RM99 processing fee, and the Deployment Fee. The cheapest entry point, a 32″ USB unit, comes to RM1,145 all-in — RM447 of which is deposit, refunded later.
A different customer, not a different product line
This doesn’t replace Nugens’ well-known one-time-purchase model — buying outright, with no monthly software fees ever, is still the better deal for anyone ready to invest upfront. Flexi Rental serves a different type of customer: one who’d rather keep cash in the business and stay flexible than commit RM2,500–4,000 at once. After the 12-month minimum, customers can hand the unit back with 30 days’ notice, no penalty.
Not Nugens Malaysia’s first project

Any SSM-registered business in Malaysia, installed at the registered business premises in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, or Selangor.
What if a business needs to close early?
Nugens Malaysia handles these case by case to keep the exit fair. For short-term events, Day Rental is the better fit.
Is content design included?
Content management software is included at no extra fee. Customers needing help getting their first content ready can reach out to the Nugens Malaysia team directly.
